MUST LOVE CUPCAKES AND PEOPLE! We are looking for individuals who are team players that love a FAST-paced work environment and a positive work culture. We all truly love to come to work every day! Smallcakes fills two positions: baker and front counter team members. Bakers are not required to have any prior baking experience / knowledge or formal training. We do all the training you will need. Bake shifts are usually from 6-11:30 am. Bakers pay averages $12 an hour after tips. Front counter workers greet and interact with customers, box up their cupcakes and re-bake and ice cupcakes as well! There is a lot of cleaning involved with both positions. an outgoing and friendly personality is must! Front counter shifts are usually from 10-am-3pm and 3pm-9pm. Front counter workers average pay is $10 an hour after tips.
